1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by eshopdev.in. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with our services.

2. Scope of Services

We provide Shopify development, UI/UX design, store optimization, performance improvements, and consulting services. The exact scope of work will be defined in written communication (WhatsApp, email, or proposal).

Any services outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and may incur extra charges.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project requirements and assets
  • Respond in a timely manner to feedback and approvals
  • Ensure access to Shopify store, hosting, or required tools

Delays in communication may impact project timelines.

4. Payments & Billing

Projects are executed based on milestone payments. Work will commence only after the agreed advance payment is received.

  • Advance payments are mandatory
  • Milestones must be cleared on time
  • Final delivery may be held until full payment is completed

5. Revisions & Changes

We provide revisions as per the agreed scope. Minor adjustments are included; however, major changes, redesigns, or scope shifts may require additional cost and timeline adjustments.

6. Timelines & Delivery

Project timelines are estimated based on scope and complexity. While we strive to meet deadlines, delays caused by client feedback, third-party tools, or unforeseen issues are not our responsibility.

7. Refund Policy

All payments made are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital services, once work has commenced, resources are allocated and cannot be reversed.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership of the final deliverables. However, we reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

9. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may integrate third-party apps, plugins, or tools. We are not responsible for their pricing changes, downtime, or performance issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if payment terms are not met or if there is a breach of agreement. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of local courts.
