All payments made are strictly non-refundable once the project has commenced. This includes advance payments, milestone payments, and final payments.

By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that you will not request a refund under normal circumstances.

4. Project Initiation

A project is considered initiated once any of the following occurs:

  • Initial consultation or planning has begun
  • Design or development work has started
  • Resources have been allocated to the project

5. Client Delays or Non-Response

If the client fails to provide required inputs, approvals, or communication, no refunds will be issued. Projects may be paused or delayed in such cases.

6. Scope Changes

If the client requests changes beyond the agreed scope, additional charges will apply. Refunds will not be issued due to scope misunderstandings or changes requested by the client.

7. Exceptional Cases

In rare and exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion. Such cases will be evaluated individually and are not guaranteed.

8. Payment Disputes

Any payment disputes must be communicated directly to us. Initiating chargebacks without prior discussion may result in service termination and legal action.
