This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which a project or service engagement with eshopdev.in may be cancelled by either party.

2. Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation of services at any stage of the project. However, once work has started, payments made are non-refundable as per our Refund Policy.

  • Cancellation before project start: Work will not begin until payment is received
  • Cancellation after project start: No refund will be issued

3. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or pause a project under the following conditions:

  • Non-payment or delayed payments
  • Lack of communication or required inputs from the client
  • Breach of agreed terms or misuse of services

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

4. Project Pause

If a project is paused due to client delay, it may be rescheduled based on availability. Extended inactivity may require additional charges to resume work.

5. Re-initiation of Cancelled Projects

If a project is cancelled and later restarted, it will be treated as a new project with revised pricing and timelines.

6. Communication

All cancellation requests must be communicated through official channels such as WhatsApp or email to ensure proper documentation.
